  1. Hummus (with red bell peppers, carrots, zucchini, celery, plantain chips, rice crackers, almond crackers)
  2. Trail Mix (NOT with yogurt balls or candy! Dried fruit and dark chocolate chips okay)
  3. ANY vegetable (e.g. carrots, red bell peppers, zucchini sticks, tomato slices with olive oil et al)
  4. Hard-boiled egg(s) with mustard or mayo dip
  5. Avocados/Guacamole (with a measured serving of tortilla chips, or dip with vegetables)
  6. ANY fruit!!
  7. Salsa (with a measured serving of tortilla chips)
  8. Olives
  9. Egg Salad on rice or almond crackers
  10. Peanut or Almond Butter on apple or banana slices
  11. Tuna Salad on rice crackers or on bed of spinach leaves
  12. Sardines or Herring or Mackerel
  13. Baked Sweet Potato Fries
  14. Natural Yogurt (plain full-fat) with honey, fruit, oats
